Today, we enter the glorious city of Ayodhya and learn about its founder, the shape and size of the city and the people who lived in it!
People of Ayodhya
• Scholars are learnt in various arts, people are content with wealth without greed, and they stick to truthfulness.
• There are no cruel, lustful, jealous or miserly people. All are virtuous of mind and self-satisfied like great Rishis in conduct and character.
• There is none who is hungry, or does not wear ornaments like bracelets or chest plates and yet all are charitable and magnanimous. No immoral persons, liars or thieves can be found in Ayodhya.
• No one is devoid of devotion to the Raja and all adhere to their duties. Everyone is faithful, illustrious, valiant, and each one is a brave one.
