We are pleased to announce an exciting event around Gita Jayanti this year –
We announce a Bhagavad Gita Chanting Contest for children in the age group of 6-15 that will be held on December 3, 2022, on the auspicious occassion of Sri Gita Jayanti, the day Bhagavan granted immortal wisdom to his friend and Sishya, Arjuna.
What is the event all about?
The event involves having children of different age groups chant verses from the Srimad Bhagavad Gita.
Participants in different age groups will have to chant specific verses from Chapter 2 of the Bhagavad Gita.
- Contest for participants aged 6-9 will be held at 11 AM IST.
- Contest for participants aged 10-15 will be held at 6 PM IST.
